Doncaster Rovers: Finish the job says Brian Flynn

TONIGHT’S 11pm transfer deadline is expected to pass without any movement in or out of Doncaster Rovers.
Rovers’ management and board are confident that the club is already equipped to fulfil their ambition of winning League One.
Boss Brian Flynn has every faith in the players at his disposal and will instruct the league’s joint leaders to now finish the job they have started.
Flynn has a clean bill of health ahead of Saturday’s trip to struggling Bury and is unwilling to add to the squad for the sake of it.
Midfielder Martin Woods returned to training this week to add to the competition for places in midfield, while strikers Iain Hume and Billy Paynter are also set to return to the squad at Gigg Lane.
Flynn has a list of potential transfer targets but will wait until the summer, when several members of the current squad are out of contract, to put his own mark on the playing personnel.
The Welshman may dip into the loan market when the loan window re-opens next month, but he is likely to keep his options open for as long as possible, should the worst happen and a key member of his squad pick up an injury.
Flynn is most concerned about the goalkeeping position but Rovers can recall Neil Sullivan from his loan spell at AFC Wimbledon should an injury sideline first choice keeper Gary Woods.
