Rovers have completed the signing of Crystal Palace striker Keshi Anderson on a 28 day loan.
The 20-year-old joined Palace in February from Barton Rovers after netting a hat trick in a trial game against Alan Pardew's outfit.
He has yet to make his Football League debut but is likely to feature in the matchday squad for Saturday's trip to Sheffield United.
Anderson went on to score on his Palace U21 debut and netted a hat trick against Watford U21 in a recent clash.
His arrival bolsters Rovers' offensive ranks after it was confirmed Nathan Tyson has suffered a setback in his recovery from injury.
Andy Williams is available for selection this weekend after suffering a suspected broken nose against Oldham Athletic last weekend.
