LOAN star Milan Lalkovic will remain at Rovers for another month, the club revealed today.

Lalkovic has impressed boss Sean O’Driscoll with his attitude since arriving from Chelsea last month.

The 18-year-old striker has yet to find the net in the Championship but has shown a willingness to learn and has impressed in training.

He caught the eye against Bristol City last month when he came off the bench and supplied the cross for James Hayter’s headed equaliser against the Robins.

Doncaster and Chelsea this week agreed a one-month extension to Lalkovic’s youth loan, expiring on October 22.

The Slovakian will therefore be available for the forthcoming fixtures against Palace, Hull, Peterborough, Leeds, Blackpool and Portsmouth.
