Reds boss Danny Wilson has hinted that he could be in the market to sign two more players despite 11 summer signings already.
Wilson has made ten permanent appointments following the departure of a string of players from last season’s Championship squad, as well as one loan recruit in left-back Joe Dudgeon.
But after back-to-back defeats to kick the season off, Wilson could be tempted to strengthen further.
“We’ve done a lot of business in the last month or so, so I’d suggest maybe it’s [signing any more players] is coming to a close,” said Wilson. “But you never know, there might be one or two more still to come in.
“There’s areas where we can get much better.”
Kane Hemmings could make his club debut tomorrow after an ankle problem as the Reds face Crewe.
