What’s blue and gold but red and white all over?
The Dons have revealed a very familiar new-look for the new season following their recent takeover by Doncaster Rovers.
Paul Cooke’s men will continue to proudly wear the blue and gold when they launch their new Championship season in February.
But the club, who were last month bought out by the town’s football club, have also unveiled a variation of Rovers’ red and white hoops for their new away kit.
General manager Carl Hall has described the kits as the “best ever” since he returned to the club.
The adoption of Rovers’ famous red and white, albeit in a pin stripe style, reflects the newly formed formal link between the two clubs under the banner of ‘Club Doncaster’.
Rovers also recently announced that their season ticket holders would be entitled to a £20 discount on the price of a Dons season ticket.
Dons’ early bird season tickets, priced normally at £120 for adults and £15 for under 16s, are on sale until December 31.
n Dons’ new kits are available to buy now priced £39.99 for adults and £34.99 for children, subject to availability.
