DEARNE Valley Bulldogs are appealing to the next generation of rugby league players to join their ranks after cementing their place as the top South Yorkshire side in the Pennine Amateur League.
The club is looking to channel its on-field success into creating a junior section but they need boys aged 7-16 and girls aged 7-11 to join up.
A group of 22 juniors trained at the first summer session last Thursday but the club are hoping to add more in the coming weeks.
Training is held on Thursday evenings between 6.15-7.45pm at Ingsfield Lane Social Club, Bolton-upon-Dearne.
