WHEN mother-of-two Emma Johnson decided to expand her brood little did she know what was in store.

For 26-year-old Emma is now juggling the demands of five children after giving birth to triplets.

The shocked mum was told when she went for her 12 week scan there was more chance of her winning the lottery then naturally conceiving triplets without any history in the family.

But against all the odds baby Jacob, Samuel and Millie, now 11-weeks-old, are now keeping Emma and partner Brett Dixon, 26, busy.

Emma who is also mum to eight-year-old Harvey and 16-month-old Chloe, said: “We talked about it and decided we wanted just one more baby so when I went for my scan and she told me it was triplets it scared the living daylights out of me.

“My family joked I was having twins before the scan but this came as such a shock.

“I just thought oh my God I’m going to be a mum of five at the age of 26.

“But after the initial shock we were excited.”

Emma, of Northfield Avenue, Toll Bar, who gave birth to the triplets by C-Section is now settling into her even busier life.
