Sweet smell of success as One Direction and Louis Tomlinson launch own fragrance

BOY band pop sensation Louis Tomlinson has already tasted the sweet smell of success – and now he’s launching his own fragrance.

The Besscarr heart-throb and his One Direction bandmates, who have already sold 17 million records across the globe, are now branching out into a new market with their own perfume.

The scent, due to be launched next summer, will be the first in a series of fragrances linked to Louis and band-mates Harry, Niall, Liam and Zayn.

The band’s Niall Horan said: “As a band, we have been discussing making a fragrance for our fans for quite a while so we’re really excited to finally have this opportunity.

“We’ve been working away on this and we’re very proud of the way it has turned out – we can’t wait to hear what our fans think.”

The name of the fragrance has not yet been revealed but will see the band join the likes of David Beckham, Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez in having their own fragrance collections.

The band are currently pop’s hottest property, their latest album topping the charts in 36 countries.
