Two students from Doncaster College have been nominated for the 2012 Adult Learners’ Week Awards. Craig Brown and Paul Williams were put forward amongst 1400 nominations for this years’ award, which took place last week.
They both received recognition and were awarded the highly commendable certificates of achievement.
Craig Brown is a 19-year-old public services Level 3 student and is dyslexic and has had to work extra hard to achieve success at his subject.
Paul Williams was in his mid forties before discovering that he was dyslexic.
The father of two and stepfather of three returned to College and progressed through a series of courses on route to his ambition of becoming a social worker
