Stand up and be proud - Pride of Doncaster award winners - Slideshow
INCREDIBLE acts of bravery, community carers and inspirational youngsters were all recognised at last night’s moving Free Press Pride in Doncaster Awards.
The annual ceremony highlights the humbling stories of some of the borough’s residents who have been nominated for their acts of kindness and ability to go above and beyond to make the lives of others better.
Capital FM presenter Danny Oakes hosted the inspirational evening to the 120-strong audience as winners and runners-up were handed their awards in categories including Teacher of the Year and Award for Bravery.
See below the list of winners and runners-up from yesterday’s event, held in association with Doncaster Council.
