Learning at one Isle school has extended outside the classroom....to a riding stables.

Building on its recent Ofsted success, Luddington and Garthorpe Primary School aims to offer its pupils experiences that help to give ‘understanding of the world’. It has teamed up with Grove House Stables at Misterton, and pupils spent a whole day there as part of an Olympic Legacy initiative. Headteacher Elizabeth Farrar said: “This will enrich the current healthy lifestyles topic, promote teamwork and contribute to literacy and numeracy skills.”
