A non-executive director has been appointed to serve a second term of office on a Doncaster health trust’s board.

Kathryn Smart, whose term of office ended on February 28, has been re-appointed to the role at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) until February 29 2016.

Welcoming the re-appointment, Madeleine Keyworth, chairman of RDaSH, said: “I’m extremely pleased that Kath has been reappointed. She has made a valued contribution since joining the Trust.” The appointment of non executive directors is made by the Trust’s Council of Governors.
