A GUIDE promoting the spectacular line up of events at this year’s St Leger festival has been launched

Peter Davies, Mayor of Doncaster, launched the guide featuring 10 days of jam packed action culminating in the return of Doncaster’s most famous horse race.

Apart from the actual race on Saturday, September 15 there will be something for everyone with opera in the park, champagne breakfasts and a party in the park.

And for the first time Doncaster Dome has signed up to the festival, bringing West End show Dreamboats and Petticoats to Doncaster in what is hoped will be an annual event.

To launch the guide many of the businesses involved in the festivities got together at the Red Lion pub to have a look through the biggest and best line up so far.

The guide of events will can be found around Doncaster, including at the Mansion House and Doncaster Racecourse.
