A WEIGHTWATCHERS leader is celebrating two decades of helping people get into shape.

Pauline Waite took the helm of the Hatfield Weightwatchers group in February 1991 and has been helping people adopt healthier lifestyles.

It is estimated over the years she has helped thousands of people shift their excess pounds, and helped them to keep it off afterwards.

Pauline runs classses from St Edwins Church Hall in Sheepdip Lane, Hatfield, at 9.45am and 6pm on Thursdays.

One of Pauline’s most recent success stories is 32-year-old Carol Hedley who has slimmed from a size 16 to an eight-to-10, and who has praised the hard work Pauline puts in to supporting her group members.

For more information on her group call 08457 123000.
