TODAY the Prom Show, tomorrow who knows? Rawmarsh student Paige Adamson is set to conquer the catwalk!

Paige, who is 17 and a student at Thomas Rotherham College, is one of several teenagers selected from throughout the region to model the latest party fashions at the School Prom Show, a major new event that comes to Rotherham’s Hellaby Hall Hotel on March 27.

The show, which will feature all the latest trends in school prom show styles - from dresses to cars, is raising money for Lost Chord, the South Yorkshire charity that provides interactive musical experiences for people struggling with dementia in care homes and day centres across the region.

A highlight of the day will be the fashion show staged by Debenhams of Meadowhall and featuring a line-up of modelling hopefuls, including Paige, who was selected for her poise, style and confidence.

“We were delighted with the standard of entry we had at our modelling selection event at Ice Sheffield,” said Lost Chord Fundraising Manager Tina Harrison.

“Paige was one of several girls who really stood out and I am certain she’ll make her mark when she appears at the show.”
