A WOMBWELL man whose disappearance sparked a 10-day search has been found safe and well - in Blackpool.
Shaun Lockwood, 44, of Hoyland Street, went missing on January 21.
His five brothers involved police and launched a major search with both facebook and poster campaigns.
Shaun was found at a Blackpool cafe on Monday evening by his brother Mark, who travelled to the resort after police reported a sighting of Shaun’s car.
Another brother, John, told the Times: “All I’ve been told is that he is fine. I’m waiting to hear more and still can not understand why he never said a word to anyone. It was most out of character.
“It’s been a hectic and worrying 10 days but the latest news is a weight taken from all our shoulders”.
