A MAN appeared at court on Monday charged with the murder of a Rawmarsh man.
The body of 41-year-old Shane Beadling, of Potterdyke Avenue, Rawmarsh, was found at a house on Bartholomew Street, Wombwell, on Friday evening.
Garry Count, 32, of Bartholomew Street, Wombwell, was charged with murder and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court.
Thirty-one year old Kerry Musgrave of Bartholomew Street, also appeared at court, charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
A post-mortem examination carried out on Saturday revealed Mr Beadling died as the result of multiple injuries.
South Yorkshire Police continue to investigate.
