IT could have made someone’s dreams come true, and paid for a state-of-the-art sports car or a posh new house.
But the dream has just ended for the untraceable Doncaster owner of a winning National Lottery ticket which carried a £250,000 prize.
Bosses at operator Camelot have confirmed the deadline to claim the outstanding Lotto Plus 5 top prize has passed - meaning the money has now passed to the lottery’s Good Causes fund.
The winning ticket was bought in the borough on Friday, March 11.
A National Lottery spokesman said: “I would urge all players to check their tickets.”
