Wet weather failed to deter transport enthusiasts as the Trolleybus Museum at Sandtoft kicked off its open weekend.
Torrential rain made for damp conditions at the historic museum which houses the world’s largest collection of trolleybuses.
The diesel weekend, with diesel bus demonstrations as well as trolleybus rides, continues across Sunday.
Visitors will be able to ride on a number of trolleybuses which date back to the 1950s and 60s.
There is also a wide range of displays giving a detailed history of public transport from across the UK.
