Tickets on sale for fair trade dinner

TICKETS are now on sale for an annual dinner in Rotherham to celebrate fair trade.

The event will be held at Rotherham College’s Wharncliffe Restaurant on Thursday, March 8, to coincide with Fairtrade Fortnight.

Catering and hospitality students will prepare and serve a four course dinner using combinations of Fairtrade and Yorkshire sourced ingredients.

There will be pre-dinner drinks at 6pm, before dining begins at 6.30pm.

The event will also be raising money for Coffee Kids, Rotherham Hospice and Blue Bell Wood Children’s Hospice.
