A DEARNE pub was left smoke-logged after an extractor fan overheated at the weekend.

Firefighters from Dearne station were called to The Ship Working Men’s Club on Thurnscoe High Street at 11pm on Saturday.

They turned the power off and allowed the smoke to evaporate out of the club.
