residents are being reminded to secure their homes as the dark nights set in.

Now that the clocks have gone back police in Doncaster would like to remind all residents of the importance of keeping their homes and vehicles secure throughout the darker months.

Residents are being reminded to ensure that their properties are secure, when attending Halloween and Bonfire events, as well as making sure that their front doors are locked when watching fireworks in their gardens.

Advice includes locking all doors and windows even when you are home. ensuring all sheds and garages are locked using a burglar alarm.
