A new service has been launched to help South Yorkshire businesses improve the way they promote their products and services.
MyPRGuide has been launched by a trio of business women as a way to give small business owners advice and support on marketing to help them find new customers.
The service combines an online forum, where subscribers have access to a team of marketing and PR professionals.
It includes a practical workbook designed to provide a blueprint to help small business owners decide which media channels are going to be most cost-effective when it comes to drumming up business.
It has been set up by Helen Dillon-Pearson, of Doncaster-based Flourish Marketing and PR, in conjunction with fellow PR and social media consultant Helen Kitchen and copywriter Vicky Austin.
Mrs Dillon-Pearson said: “We’ve come across a number of entrepreneurs who know marketing and PR can help their business grow, but they can’t afford a full-time professional or a part-time consultant.
“So we’ve developed a service which we think will be the answer to their marketing prayers.”
During Doncaster Business Month in February, the MyPRGuide service is available at the discounted price of £99 +VAT (usually £250 +VAT).
The team will be exhibiting at the Business Showcase at Doncaster Racecourse on Thursday, February 20.
She added: “We’ll be asking visitors and our fellow exhibitors what they want to know about marketing and PR, and then sharing our answers to our Business Showcase FAQs after the event.
“If you have a question or want to find out more about how PR can help your business, come and see us at the Racecourse.”
