A South Yorkshire health trust is calling on patients to tell them which members of staff they would like to nominate for an award.

The Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) is seeking nominations from patients, carers and their family and friends for the Quality Care Award.

The award will be presented to an individual or team who has/have shown an exceptionally caring, supportive and compassionate service to patients, their families and friends.

Kay Batty, Award Event Co-ordinator, said: “Whether you’re one of our patients, a carer, a patient’s family or friend, if you know of a staff member or team who you think has gone the extra mile or is well deserving of an award, please let us know.”

For full details of how to nominate a member of staff please visit: http://www.rdash.nhs.uk/30718/nominations-sought/

Deadline for entries is July 25.
