A new website and social media pages have gone live to help Doncaster smokers who want to stub out cigarettes for good.

Doncaster quitters can get help and access a wide range of information at www.smokefree.rdash.nhs.uk.

They can also have tweets and posts from the Doncaster Stop Smoking Service via Twitter and Facebook.

Anna Capper from the service, which is run by RDaSH, said: “We are funded by the NHS and offer free support and advice to people who want to stop smoking.

“Our specialist staff provide individual and group support at clinics and drop in sessions in a wide range of settings in the local community and arrange appointments to help motivated quitters kick the habit. With our help and support you are four times more likely to stop smoking successfully.”

Residents can follow the stop smoking advice on Twitter @RdashStop or like Doncaster Stop Smoking Services on Facebook.

Alternatively, ring the stop smoking staff on 01302 640064.
