Man injured in collision
POLICE are appealing for information about a road collision at Rawmarsh, that seriously injured a pedestrian.
The 32-year old man is believed to have been crossing Barbers Avenue at Rawmarsh at about 9.15pm on October 4, when he walked in to the path of a car travelling in the direction of Great Eastern Way, Parkgate.
The car failed to stop, but is believed to have been a black Audi as debris was left at the scene.
The injured man was treated at Rotherham District General Hospital for cuts to his forehead and arm, and a dislocated shoulder.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have information that could help with the inquiry is asked to call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 1078 of October 4 2012.
