Man hit by car in Bessacarr dispute

a MAN was hit by a car in a disturbance in Bessacarr last night.

The man was treated for cuts and grazes to his leg by paramedics at the scene following the incident in Cantley Lane, Bessacarr around 8.40pm.

A police spokesman said: “It is thought that a man was struck by a vehicle and a car was damaged during the dispute. Further enquiries are ongoing.”

Anyone who witnessed this incident is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 1095 of November 21 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
