Man banned from drinking in Doncaster town centre

A DONCASTER man has been given a 12 month drink banning order for being drunk and disorderly in Silver Street last month.

Craig Scholes, 21, of Beech Road, Armthorpe, appeared at Doncaster magistrates last week where he admitted being intoxicated and trying to start a fight with a member of the public.

He has been ordered to pay over a £100 in costs and fines and was given a DBO that prohibits him from entering any public house or club or being in possession of any opened container of alcohol within Doncaster town centre.
