Man arrested in Sheffield over stolen Doncaster bulldog puppies

A MAN has been arrested and released on bail in connection with the theft of six British Bulldog puppies stolen in broad daylight.
The man, in his late 20s, was arrested on Tuesday in Sheffield, following the break-in at the house in Roberts Road, Edlington, Doncaster.
One of the puppies has since been returned to owner Sonya Needham, who is offering a £2,000 reward for the return of the rest of the dogs.
The dogs were taken between 11.30am and 3.30pm on Sunday after a window was smashed.
Detectives are continuing their investigation and are asking for anyone with information to call 101 quoting incident number 633 of February 10.
