Great charity effort by Swinton students

A grand total of £616 was raised by Swinton Community School pupils for charities Cancer Research and Stand Up For Cancer.

Year Seven and eight pupils took part in various activities to amass the cash. Pictured are: (l-r) Kieran Jackson, 13, Regan Webb, 13, James Pearson, 12 and Lewis Pursglove, as they clean cars for Stand Up For Cancer. The winning form was 8N, for making £201.95.
