DONCASTER commuters are being encouraged to give their feedback on bus, tram and train services as part of National Customer Service Week.

National Customer Service Week is an annual event held to raise awareness of customer service and the role it plays in business practice and the growth of the UK economy.

Travel South Yorkshire customer service advisors will be manning stalls at interchanges in Doncaster from 11am to 3pm, from Monday, October 1, to Friday, October 5, inviting customers to give their feedback on the public transport services and information products they use.

They will also be handing out free giveaways and information.

David Young, South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive director of customer experience, said: “We are working to improve the customer service offered and we are always keen to receive feedback on how we can deliver even more.

“With service updates being made every three to four months it is important that customers tell us what they think so we can look to provide the best possible options for them.”
