Isle Lose It’s Fitness Camps started in October 2010 with just one venue and 24 camp members. It has since gone from strength to strength and now has four venues and over 120 members benefitting from its unique blend of nutrition, mind-set, bespoke fat loss workouts and of course the help and support that Isle Lose It has become synonymous with.

From day one members are made to feel part of the team and are fully supported throughout the sessions from then on in. Isle Lose It is primarily concerned with improving people’s health through clean nutrition and appropriate fat loss exercise. All sessions are specifically designed to bring maximum results in minimum time and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Members’ ages range from 18 upwards of 60 and fully qualified and experienced instructors are able to adapt any exercise to suit a member’s specific needs, so everyone is included and gets the maximum from each session.
