Drugs suspect arrest

POLICE arrested a man in Swinton on suspicion of drugs possession and having a weapon.

Officers from the Wath Safer Neighbourhood Team swooped to make the arrest on Friday, February 22.

The police team gave details of the action on their Twitter feed and said drugs, a quantity of cash and a stun gun was seized.
