The following crimes were reported to Doncaster police on June 16. Anyone with information please call South Yorkshire Police on 101.

Bentley: Thieves entered an empty house in Hunt Lane through an insecure door yesterday afternoon, removing copper piping and causing water damage to the property.

Rossington: Intruders activated the alarm of a garage in Yew Tree Crescent at 12.40am today after they tried to prise open the door.

Adwick-le-Street: Nothing was stolen when raiders tried to get into a garage in Cranleigh Gardens through the roof.

Sprotbrough: The owners of a property on Sprotbrough Road heard a whistle when they arrived home yesterday morning and later realised it was a lookout warning an accomplice who had been trying to break into their shed.

Conisbrough: Two youths aged about 14 were seen trying to remove mail from the letter box of the Ivanhoe Centre on Gardens Lane last Saturday afternoon.

Carcroft: A dummy CCTV camera was stolen from outside a house in Borrowdale Close on Saturday night.

Intake: A metal gate was stolen from outside a house in Tudor Road on Sunday night.

Pedal cycles have been stolen from Oakwood Drive, Armthorpe; Woodlands Snooker Club; and the compound of CCF on Brunel Road trading estate, Cusworth.
