The following crimes were reported to Doncaster police over the weekend. Anyone with information should call 101.

Sprotbrough: The owner of a mountain bike gave chase after he saw two youths, aged about 15, stealing it from outside a property on Cadeby Road around 9pm on Saturday. He was aunable to catch the offenders.

Intake: A woman’s handbag was stolen some time between Thursday and Sunday after a door was left insecure at a house in Leamington Gardens. It contained documents and £20.

Balby: A television was stolen when burglars forced the door of a house in Scarth Avenue on Saturday night.

Town centre: Phones were stolen from women’s handbags in the Che bar on Silver Street and Flares on Hallgate in the early hours of Sunday.

Thorne: A handbag containing a phone, keys and £30 was stolen from a table at the White Hart in the Market Place around 1am on Sunday.

Scawthorpe: A handbag with £35 in it was stolen from an insecure car parked in Scotsman Drive between Saturday and Sunday.

Skellow: A spare wheel was stolen from underneath a van parked in Crossfield Lane around 9pm on Saturday.

Balby: A woman’s handbag containing an iPad and cash was stolen from a unit on the Carr Hill business park around 8.30am on Saturday.
