Doncaster crime round-up - April 2

The following crimes were reported to police on April 1 or April 2. Please call South Yorkshire Police on 101 if you have information on any of them.

York Road: Thieves stole a bike from outside Morrisons on York Road, Doncaster on Saturday at around 8pm. The cycle had been locked up.

Doncaster Carr: Two bikes were stolen by thieves who thought to have climbed over a fence at King Asia Foods, Middle Bank. The theft is thought to have happened between 3am and 5am on Wednesday.

Dunscroft: A black peugeot motorcycle was stolen by thieves from a house on Station Road, Dunscroft on Monday night. Its registration is YN53 EKV

Kirk Sandall: A blue Mazda car was stolen after thieves had broken into a house Denton’s Green Lane, Kirk Sandall, in the early hours, of Tuesday by breaking the house lock. The car was later found parked at Elm Crecent, Bentley. Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen someone park the car. The crime number is A30903/14.

Edlington: A boiler and metal pipes were stolen by thieves who broke into a house on Princes Crescent between March 27 and March 29.

Sunnyfields: Two mountain bikes and a racing bike were stolen from a garage on Stanley Road between 11am and 2pm. Golf equipment was also taken.

Campsall: Camping equipment and fishing tackle were taken by burglars who raided a garage on Park Drive between Monday 12noon and Tuesday 12noon. The garage was not locked.

Bentley: Thieves broke into a shed at a house on Ings Road and stole a lawn mower between Monday 4pm and Tuesday and 6.30pm.

Harlington: Two mountain bikes were stolen in a shed break-in on Manor Road. It was between Monday 8.30pm and Tuesday 6.45pm.

Moss: Riding equipment was stolen in a burglary at Willow Bridge Stables, Willow Bridge Lane between 8pm on Monday and 7.30am on Tuesday.
