Cyclists of all ages and abilities turned out for the annual Misterton Charity Cycle Ride.

Racing bikes, mountain bikes, and some unusual inventions on wheels did 10 or 15-mile circuits to raise cash for charities of their choice.

Businesses including Misterton’s Dovecote Cafe got involved to provide refreshments for children taking part.

The route took in Misterton Sports Social Club, the Fox and Hounds in Walkeringham, the Three Horse Shoes in Walkeringham, and the Brickmakers Arms in Walkeringham.

Serious cyclists then headed up to the Blue Bell in Gringley before returning to the Red Hart in Misterton.

Other route markers included White House Farm and the Haxey Gate Inn before West Stockwith and the White Hart, the Waterfront, Waterfront Country Park, and West Stockwith Yacht Club.
