The following people appeared at Doncaster Magistrates Court charged with the following offences...

armthorpe: A drink driving has been stopped in his tracks after being handed a 22 month ban. Andrejus Litvinas, 42, of Doncaster Road admitted being over the limit whilst driving along Thorne Road on November 10. Litvinas was also ordered to stump up £525 by Doncaster Magistrates.

hexthorpe: A booze thief was caught stealing wine just hours after appearing in court for a review of a previous suspended sentence. Christopher Charlton Lister, 28, of Beconsfield Road admitted taking £150 of wine belonging to The Regent Hotel on November 23. Lister also admitted failing to provide a drug sample on November 24. Lister was ordered to serve a 32 week sentence as the crime was committed whilst subject to a suspended sentence.

hyde PARK: Destroying a window has shattered a Doncaster man’s New Year spending plans after he was ordered to stump up £515 for the damage. Adrian Desmond, 24, of Chequer Avenue was also made the subject of a community order and three month drink banning order after admitting causing £500 of damage to the window of former nightclub Coast to Coast on September 19.
