Dearne Valley College has invested in a defibrillator machine, made by Wath company Martek Marine. Twelve young people die each week from sudden cardiac arrest and automated external defibrillators have life-saving benefits. DVC sports centre deputy manager Lee South is pictured with the new defibrillator stored in the reception area.
