POLICE would like to speak to a woman after money was taken from a cash machine.

Officers have released an image of the woman, who is described as mid to late 30s, white, 5ft 3ins tall, mid to late 30s, as she may have information on the theft.

She was wearing blue jeans, a T-shirt and a dark coloured cardigan.

The theft happened in Sandringham Road, Intake, at around 5.15pm on Friday, June 1, when a man withdrew some money from the machine, but walked away leaving the money in the machine, when he returned a short time later the money had gone.

Anyone with any information should contact South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 625 of the June 1, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
