BREAKING NEWS: Major delays on East Coast Main Line after person hit by train

RAIL passengers are being warned of delays of up two hours on services between Doncaster and London King’s Cross tonight after a person was hit by a train.

There is major disruption on the East Coast Main Line after the incident between Grantham and Newark North Gate.

All East Coast, First Hull Trains and Grand Central services between London and all stations to Doncaster as well as York, Leeds and Hull are being disrupted.

The delays are expected to continue until further notice.
