A Doncaster cancer charity has been given nearly £23,000 from a generous insurance business after three years of fundraising.

One Call Insurance raised the money for Firefly – the charity that provides transport to hospital for cancer patients, and helps raise awareness.

Nik Springthorpe from One Call said: “I am honoured to have met and worked closely with the late Denise Dunn, the founder of Firefly, and know that she would be extremely grateful for our support once again. Long may her legacy and spirit keep the drive and passion amongst the amazing volunteers and family who continue to run Firefly.“
