Don’t miss out on Potteric Carr Nature Reserve’s very first concert – artist Kate Doubleday will be performing at England’s largest urban wetland site on August 16 from 7pm.

Now is the last opportunity to purchase tickets for only £7.50 either online atwww.ywt.org.uk/shop/product/wild-away-tour-concert-ticket or by calling Potteric Carr on 01302 570077.

With a second heatwave on its way, it is bound to be a good night with the newly renovated Kingfisher Tearooms serving refreshments, as well as the opportunity to bring along your own picnic to enjoy whilst surrounded by Yorkshire’s wildlife and some beautiful music.

Kate Doubleday, who takes her inspiration from the natural world, will be performing at Potteric Carr as part of her Wild Away tour – an ambitious tour around Wildlife Trust nature reserves in the UK, performing in some of the very best settings!

All ages are welcome – why not make it a family night out, with a walk around the nature reserve, one of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust’s top sites, beforehand. There is plenty to see – dragonflies, butterflies, reptiles, birds and more – plus a number of activities to entertain children.

The concert is expected to finish around 9pm; in the event of rain the concert will be held in a marquee on the grass outside Kingfisher Tearooms.
