a TEAM of stop smoking specialists have hit the streets to encourage people to stub out their habit for charity.

The Doncaster Stop Smoking Service was on hand to promote Stoptober - a scheme to encourage smokers to give up cigarettes for 28 days during October.

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust has joined with the British Heart Foundation to encourage ‘quitters’ to gain sponsorship for the charity.
