SAVVY student Hannah Higgins from Rawmarsh takes to the catwalk tomorrow... to take her chances in the Miss South Yorkshire finals at Rotherham.
And it could see her go on to represent England in Miss World.
To qualify for the final, the stunning Leeds University student has helped to raise £3,000 for charity.
And this summer, she will visit Gambia as a volunteer worker at a clinic set up to help restore people’s sight.
Hannah, 20, who is in her final year studying medical science, said: “The competition organisers want people who are active and will be a good role model. It really is as much about personality as looks”.
Judges at Rotherham’s Holiday Inn on April 15 include Marchlands star Dean Andrews and Hilary Massarella of the Safe@Last charity.
