A CHARITY auction aims to help a little boy who suffers from a rare epileptic disorder.

Brave eight-year-old Jack Kitching has a debilitating condition condition West Syndrome which causes spasms.

Bentley resident Katie Gismondi, a friend of Jack’s mum Joanne Hardisty, is organising a fantastic fundraiser to help pay for items such as hoists for his Petersgate home in Scawthorpe to aid his development.

Scores of prizes have been pledged including a Keepmoat Stadium tour, a stay for two at Look North presenter Christa Ackroyd’s Yorkshire-based bed and breakfast and goods from ITV1’s Coronation Street.

The event will be on November 12, from 6.30pm, at Owston Park Lodge in Doncaster Road. For tickets call Katie on 07887 784549.
