It will remain windy overnight with occasional outbreaks of rain moving through the region. The rain may become heavy in places around dawn, becoming more persistent from the southwest. Minimum Temperature 9C.

Friday:

Windy initially with heavy and persistent rain moving northeastwards across the region. This should eventually clear during the afternoon with winds easing. Some mist and fog is likely overnight. Maximum Temperature 12C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

Mostly dry Saturday, but cloudy with fog slow to clear in places. Occasional showers or outbreaks of rain possible on Sunday and Monday, but mainly dry. Temperatures near normal.
