Check out an exhibition of sensory mosaics from Heatherwood School at Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery . Between January and July 2012 artist Caroline Gaytor worked with the whole of Heartherwood School to create sensory mosaics for their outdoor classroom areas. The mosaics include glass and reflective objects and explore subject matter including the sea, plants, animals and the weather.

Doncaster Little Theatre is performing Gods and Heroes.
The gods of Mount Olympus are becoming tired and frustrated with the antics of the human population on earth and the humans are not very happy with the performance of the gods. As the two groups reflect on their long association the value of their relationship is brought into question.

Opposites Attract features works by two very different Barnsley-bred artists: watercolour artist Ashley Jackson and sculptor Graham Ibbeson.
The collection is on display at Cusworth Hall, a beautifully renovated Grade 1 listed house perched in green splendour above its lake. Ashley Jackson and Graham Ibbeson “Opposites Attract” Exhibition is a unique opportunity to view the dynamic watercolour paintings of Ashley Jackson and the humour and expression captured in the sculptures of Graham Ibbeson.
Friends for many years, the artists have chosen to collaborate on an exhibition.
It is the perfect opportunity to view such a diverse collection of the similarities and differences of the two artists. Sharing the same passion for Yorkshire and its people and capturing elements of such difference - Jackson the Yorkshire landscape and atmospheric skies and Ibbeson the often comical humour of facial expressions to the serious nature of Morecombe and Wise. BRING your children along to the Brevon Art gallery for an art class with various activies certain to delight budding young artists.
The clubs is suitable for children between the ages of 7-11 and takes place every week.
Activities are run by experienced artist and tutor, Linda Eyre, whose expertise helps to motivate artists of all kinds, no matter their experience.
