DISABLED children can enjoy a fun packed Christmas holiday thanks to activities organised by Doncaster Council.

Christmas parties, laser shooting games and bowling are just some of the activities on offer, along with a pantomime at the Little Theatre and a trip to the Vue Cinema to see Puss in Boots.

Sessions run right through from now until December 30, and there is something for everyone up to the age of 19.

Coun Eric Tatton-Kelly, cabinet member for the children, said: “Thanks to all our partners for helping us to put on these activities.

“All children deserve a happy Christmas filled with fun and I hope that everyone enjoys this great range of activities. We are always looking for people to help us put on more activities so if you could get involved please contact us.”

The activities are funded by the council through its Aiming High programme.
