European cash leads to qualifcations for Earl of Doncaster staff

Staff at the Earl of Doncaster hotel have all recently completed customer service qualifications under the watchful eye of Geason Training.

Spokesman for the nationwide trainers, Jordan McDonald said: “We have been very lucky with the funding we have secured to enhance local areas and economies but most importantly individuals throughout the East of England, around January we engaged with the Earl Of Doncaster to enhance their skills at delivering a first class customer service experience to every paying customer at the Earl.

“We have now delivered this qualification to every member of staff and department throughout the hotel. This was a fully funded service through the European Social Fund and Chesterfield College this is clearly fantastic news, however there is better to come. We have this week enrolled seven members of staff onto a Customer Service Apprenticeship programme which brings a feast of benefits to the hotel, the area and most importantly the individual.”
